How do I book a picnic party?

Booking your garden picnic party with us is simple! Just fill out our contact and booking form with your preferred date, theme, and party details. Once we receive your information, we’ll get back to you to confirm availability and discuss how we can customize your event to meet your needs. We look forward to creating a memorable experience for you!

Can I customize my picnic theme?

We offer a variety of beautiful themes, which you can explore on our theme page. As a growing business, we’re also open to new ideas and would love to discuss how we can make your dream picnic theme come true. Reach out to us, and let’s create something magical together!

Do you provide food and beverages?

At this time, we offer a charcuterie board and a cake from a local bakery. We also provide non-alcoholic drinks of your choice, as well as chilled water with lemon slices. We encourage you to bring your own delicious treats and beverages to enjoy during your event. If you need recommendations for catering or nearby restaurants, we’re happy to help!

What happens if it rains or there's bad weather?

If the weather doesn't cooperate, you have a few options:

  1. Bring the Party Inside: If you have indoor space available, we can help you set up the picnic indoors.

  2. Reschedule: To reschedule we need to know 48 hours before. We can move your booking to a future date that works for you.

  3. Rent a Tent: You can also choose to rent a tent on your own to keep your outdoor event dry. We do not offer tents at this time.

Is a deposit required?

Yes, a deposit of half the total amount is required to book and hold your date for the party. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding as it helps us secure your special day and make all necessary preparations.

Which areas do you serve?

We serve the greater Boston area, specifically the towns of Newton, Wellesley, Weston, Natick, and Dover. If your location is over 30 miles from Wellesley, an extra fee will apply. We look forward to bringing our beautiful garden picnics to your area!

What payment methods do you accept?

At this time, we accept Venmo and CashApp for payment. We're working to expand our payment options in the future to better serve you. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions about payment!

Do you offer larger parties for more than 8 people?

We typically specialize in smaller, intimate gatherings as we're a growing business. However, we're always excited to explore new possibilities! Please reach out to us, and we'll be happy to discuss if we can accommodate your larger party.
